  • Take the Baltimore Beltway (I-695) to Exit 20, Reisterstown Road (Rte. 140) north
  • Go past the first traffic signal (Hooks Lane) and make the next right into Woodholme Center Circle
  • Take the second right at Life Bridge Health and Fitness
  • Turn left into the parking lot and look for the Woodholme Medical Building
